On January 17th, in the award ceremony of "Salute to Popular Science and Smart Start Bagui - 2023 Guangxi Popular Science 'Five Excellent' Selection and Publicity Activity" held in Guangxi Science and Technology Museum, Weizhou Coral Museum of School of Marine Sciences was selected as one of the "Top Ten Excellent Science Education Bases". Coral Museum of Weizhou Island was selected as one of the "Top Ten Excellent Science Education Bases". The organizing committee awarded the Weizhou Coral Museum of School of Marine Sciences with the following words of praise: "With a sincere heart, we go to the "Shanhai".
